The Rock Hill property was owned for many years by GV affiliate Rock Hill Development LLC. It took years of patience, work, and the right partners to finally get this property zoned in late 2022 and moving towards construction in 2024.
This is the first property to be developed in this quadrant of Loudoun County, and zoning approval was achieved despite opposition from county staff, a negative recommendation from the Loudoun County Planning Commission and many other obstacles, notably a complete lack of existing infrastructure.
